Cancellation of participationIf you can not participate at the conference for unpredictable reasons after having registered, please send an email to the organizers:
- for cancellation of your talk or poster - to the section/division (for email address see under Contacts)
- for cancellation of conference participation (before payment) - to Ms. Friedrich ()
- for refund of conference fee - to Mr. Schaar ()
Subsequently you will receive an email including a link to an encrypted and secure website. This website contains a form in which you can fill in and send all relevant data concerning your cancellation to our office..
A cancellation fee of 20 € applies if registration cancellations are made after February 18th, 2012.
After 31 March 2012 - no refund.
Refunds will be processed and granted after the conference.
